It's been awhile since I've done some freelance work, so since this Sabreland logo is hockey related, I figured I'd post it here.

I'll be sure to post the other hockey logos I've done recently ... Maybe start picking this blog back up again ... We'll see how it goes. :)

What I've Been Up To...

It's been a while since I've posted here—and I'm sorry that this is not hockey design related—but I thought it would be fun to share what I've been working on and what's kept me so busy the past year.

I've been up to my ass in writing, practicing, recording, designing, and art directing. Below is the title track off of my band's new album, Godzilla Vs. America, which should be available in June.

The cover art was done by the talented Jimbo Phillips. If any of you are old enough to remember, Jimbo's dad, Jim Phillips, is famous for designing a lot of the artwork for Santa Cruz Skateboards.

Normally when I'm this busy I would go into an extended hiatus, which could last up to a month or two. But I've decided that—this time—I'm just going to pull the plug completely.

This is the official announcement that PuckDrawn is going off the air for good.

Don't shed a tear as there are plenty of websites dedicated to hockey concept art!

My interest in running a blog dedicated to hockey logos and uniforms has completely disappeared. I have other projects and new challenges that I'd rather spend my time on, so that's what I'm gonna do.

It's been a fun couple of years and I thank you all for visiting and commenting.

A special thank you to all of the concept designers. Without you this blog would have been VERY boring.
